Is there anyone here who owns underwear specifically designed for cages? I use a metal one and while I like the heaviness of it, during my first shift wearing it, it kept shifting around. Besides opting for tighter-fitting underwear, is there something that can provide support and help keep everything secure?
You have plenty of men's underwear options with a front pouch that pair nicely with cages. This topic has been covered quite a bit. A simple search on the forum turns up over 800 posts about underwear.

I wear Isnowood compression underwear from Amazon. Since my job is physically demanding, these absolutely keep my steel cage in position.
ikingsky (a brand available on Amazon) offers a good amount of "sexy" men's underwear at reasonable prices, and it keeps my package secured. If you are looking for something higher quality or custom-made, try Etsy—there is quite a selection there.
I wear Uniqlo AIRism underwear. It offers decent support and uses a synthetic material that wicks away moisture quickly to keep everything dry and cool. It works great in humid conditions.
