The usual belief is that a chastity device won’t make your penis shrink, but I can confirm mine has gotten a bit shorter on the right side. There’s now about a 10 to 20-degree tilt to the right which wasn’t there before. My cage fits roughly the length of my glans. While it looks even when worn, I’ve removed it several times recently and seen that the glans angles right during an erection. It was out for two weeks and seemed to be straightening slowly, but after being back in the cage for 10 days, the tilt returned (I had to take it off for a doctor visit anyway…after scratching quite a bit:D ).

It might be Peyronie’s disease developing due to scar tissue buildup. I’m not overly concerned since my partner hasn’t noticed despite some PIV, so it isn’t debilitating—just interesting. Why only the right side? Who knows. But perhaps losing length is indeed happening.

Also worth noting: while doctors who are just after money often diagnose Peyronie’s these days, it is genuine. After 50 years of watching my erections, I can tell if the head points straight up (|) or tilts (/). I never obsessed over length before, so I can’t be sure only one side is affected, but that’s my best guess.

I'm no expert, but Peyronie's usually involves a severe bend that hurts. However, I've noticed slight bends or tilts to either side sometimes. I believe this happens because getting aroused while caged causes positioning issues; one side gets more 'exercise' than the other, leading to a slight angle. This effect goes away after some time free from the cage and having normal erections. This is why I recommend taking a stretch break every week or two—to ensure everything works well and that skin elasticity stays good for proper erections... ...and naturally, it gives the wearer a bit of teasing and a taste of what they're missing regularly, all while remaining caged without an orgasm.

I tilt to the right; it used to be much worse until I used a traction device for six months. This also added about half an inch to my size. Gaining more would have been impossible because the device wasn't long enough, and I didn't need extra length—it was just a side effect. After a few weeks out of it, I returned to my original dimensions. However, after two months of erections in cages, I've lost a full inch. As someone who grows more than he shows, when I expand, the length goes everywhere—stomach, perineum, etc. The lost inch is somewhere within that mass and stays there somewhat. But with the device (which I kept), it can be coaxing back out in just a day. Currently, there's no specific point of concern because my breaks from being locked have become very brief. Yes, size changes occur but should revert with good tugging—that’s my answer. The bad bend didn't return. You might find stretch exercises helpful: place your thumb at the base and wrap fingers/thumb around the glans to stretch over the base thumb in the opposite direction of the bend.

I have been diagnosed with Peyronie's disease by a doctor. My condition features a 30-degree bend to the right and causes pain when erect. I can definitely feel the scar tissue buildup.
