Questions about fitting well and staying comfortable

Hi all, I’m fairly new to the world of chastity and haven’t quite found a cage that fits me perfectly yet. My main problem is that the device tends to “slide” off my crotch, hanging lower with the A-ring lying flat across my body rather than sitting snugly against it in an almost vertical position. When I first put it on, everything seems fine, but eventually the weight of the cage pulls everything downward. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution? For the A-ring size, I usually go for 45mm diameter. Measuring myself with string puts me at about 50mm, so I don’t believe going smaller is an option here. Trying to tie up in 40mm rings feels too tight; it’s hard even to get one testicle through. Regarding comfort, I generally have few problems, except for the bottom of my scrotum where the ring digs into and pulls on the skin quite a bit. A little olive oil helps, but I suspect this is due to fit issues because this shouldn’t normally be a problem unless there are nighttime erections—which for me are intense enough to make me tap out. I’ve experimented with various cage lengths, from micro sizes up to massive ones, and the problems remain consistent. Could it be the internal tube diameter? Maybe my tubes have been too narrow. Any advice or expertise would be wonderful as I’m hopeful to find a device comfortable enough for all-day wear. Best regards.

You might want to check the ball gap. This is quite common with cages until you find that perfect fit—and keep in mind that what feels like the "right fit" will shift a bit during those early months. For me, over the first few months, a ring started out too tight, then became just right, and eventually grew too loose. Don’t get discouraged while searching for your ideal size; it takes time to figure out. Supportive underwear can help bridge that gap.

Thanks for the comments on this topic, The ball gap seems like a very likely cause of my problems. I’ll look into devices that offer more customization options regarding this measurement. I’ve been considering Cherry Keeper 3D printed models since they are nearly infinitely adjustable and fairly affordable.

You might find similar relief for your own gap issues; I agree that could be what’s causing you discomfort.

My experience was nearly identical to locked4her55’s, except that I sent my Jail Bird back to MM (Mature Metal) and had them adjust the gap by just 1/16". That tiny fraction of an inch made all the difference, transforming the device from unbearable to perfect.
