Ball stretching while in chastity

Has anyone figured out a method for this? My scrotum tends to retract and ride up high inside my cage. I’d really prefer lower hanging testicles, as it would feel much more comfortable while wearing the device. I’ve come across various techniques online but am not entirely sure how to implement them during wear. Has anyone managed this with their lockup or know a good approach? Cheers!
