Cages and Foreskin Positioning

I’ve documented the cages I’ve used over the years in My Journey, and I’m interested to see how yours compare. With my earlier models (mostly MCN Contenders and Cherry Keepers), my short foreskin typically stayed tucked behind the glans inside the cage. This setup let attempted erections push out against the bars while still allowing the glans to be felt externally, for instance through underwear.

I’ve worn my current cage for roughly six months now and have just realized why it feels so distinct. It’s a Contender measuring 1” long by 1” wide—both dimensions are narrower and shorter than what I’m used to. The key difference is that my foreskin stays inside the cage as well, effectively trapping any attempted erection. It covers more than half of the head, leaving no room for expansion between the bars and blocking all contact with the glans.

On top of being even more irritating than usual, the glans has become hyper-sensitive; initial contact is somewhat unpleasant at least. Question: Does your foreskin also sit over everything inside the cage??

I have a short foreskin as well. To quote my own words from another discussion, "Most of the time, my glans keeps the foreskin pulled back. Occasionally, shrinkage or movement lets it creep up slightly. When I get the chance, I use the handle end of an old toothbrush to push it back into place. Naturally, this trick won't work if your cage diameter is too wide."

I'm not sure if others have a penis like mine, but it turns being caged into a continuous cycle of readjustment. While there are those who grow or shower in size, I consider myself more of a shrinker—a super-shrinker specifically. Starting with the positives: I’m just over 7" when erect, uncircumcised with a short foreskin and decent girth. The challenge arises when flaccid because my dimensions fluctuate constantly from about 2.5" down to nearly nothing. My standard cage, which is the only one I've found suitable for long-term wear, measures 1.75" in length with an open stainless steel design. I can adjust everything so it fits snugly and keeps the foreskin from poking out (which causes painful chafing), but then my penis shrinks to under an inch before growing back to around 2". The trouble is that now my foreskin bulges outward everywhere, triggering the chafing. Closed cages just don't suit me because once I'm locked in for good, odour becomes a concern. I've devised two solutions. First, I always carry a cotton bud to prod my cock and foreskin back into position. Second, when hiking, I wrap the cage in clingfilm (or any plastic film; I’ve ripped pieces off sandwich bags before) which stops chafing. As with other parts of chastity and my related kinks, She finds all this highly entertaining. When we are out together, she knows why I often dart away to the toilet and will ask if I have a bladder the size of a pea, much to our company's amusement.

Thanks for the feedback. Pushing it back hasn't worked because friction and head pressure keep it from sliding backward. It has opened up a whole new path of torment, so my owner is happy with how things are set up. And it makes taking myself out quite…unique.

I'm not sure if the amount of foreskin I have is typical or unusual. But like Steve 2059 mentioned, I am constantly readjusting my cage. I use the rigid model 1. Although the PA hook sticks out through the center hole, a bit of foreskin still pokes out around the PA post. It isn't much adjustment really; I just pull it back with a Q-tip or the tip of my pinky finger. If it stays stuck out, rubbing against my undies can be painful. My wife recently asked if I wanted to get circumcised, and I am seriously considering it.
