Hello, I’ve been puzzling over a question for several months. I’ve worn chastity on multiple occasions, both solo and with a keyholder. I’ve experimented with the CB3000 and other metal cages. Some of them seem nearly suitable for long-term use in my case. I own quite a few cages, mostly affordable online finds for enjoyment, plus one custom piece. However, regarding the major styles that resemble the Looker 01/02 (excluding those with an insertable tube), I’ve tried various versions but none have worked well for extended wear. The issues I face are:

  • Pinching and discomfort in my testes during even light physical activity.
  • Slipping out if the ring is too large (50mm) or pinching if it’s too small (45mm).
  • Swelling in the loose skin behind the testes.
  • Penis shrinkage / pulling out So I’m wondering if a piercing might be the answer. My goal is to reduce masturbation and become more submissive. It doesn’t need to make ejaculation impossible (since that’s unrealistic) but should be secure enough to prevent casual removal. Ideally, I’d like something that looks like kinky jewelry, think … ucts/ba-30 or similar, without a base ring. Since pinching around the testes and scrotal swelling are issues for me, I hope this will eliminate those problems entirely. The main reason I’m hesitating is that this means getting a PA piercing and allowing time to achieve a good fit over several months. But when I search for advice, it’s hard to get a clear sense of whether this is a practical and realistic approach. Are there hidden issues that might leave me with a PA but still not properly locked? Any perspectives would be appreciated.

Yes, these devices work. I can't masturbate in a tube device and find it more comfortable than a standard cock cage. By the way, Steelworxx also produces similar devices; check out the Tube Jacket available in three versions: Keep in mind that you'll need to wait roughly 6 months for a custom-made device from Steelworx. Other factors to consider: 1. If you get a PA, it takes considerable time before you can use it to secure a tube. Searching the forum will yield more info there. Most piercers here do the initial piercing with 3mm (8ga) jewelry; however, you need at least 5mm (4ga) to support any chastity device, meaning your initial piercing must be stretched out. Reaching that 5mm size takes time, so I'd say wait about 6 months for full healing. 2. Getting the measurements right is crucial. The tube needs to fit tightly enough so friction between it and the penis supports its weight rather than relying solely on the piercing. There are several good forum posts on this topic, particularly this one: the archived discussion 3. I believe keeping the device's weight down as much as possible is also quite important. A simpler design (i.e., without bars over the top of the penis) might be better or at least more comfortable than a complex one. Ideally, such a device would be titanium. Plastics could work too. However, stainless steel definitely looks nicer than plastic ...:D

Eh, I have a custom-made one of those, or something very similar; honestly, it doesn't work that well. First, you can still get fully erect; obvious as that may seem, losing some erection capability is part of what makes a cage unique in sensation. Second, it's easy to rub against yourself through the top opening. Third, you can use the cage almost like a sex toy: with only the piercing on one side holding it in place, you can twist and pivot the cage for easy stimulation—yes, this works with any device, but it’s much easier with this design style. Put it all together, and you get normal erections while stimulating yourself easily; it really is just kinky jewelry at heart. That's fine, though I don't think that's what you're looking for. Also found mine unexpectedly uncomfortable because it was squished against the boys—it depends on your build, but worth noting. That said, getting a PA still helps with regular cages too: you obviously can't pull out and won't need to worry about an overly tight ring preventing escape, or any anti-pullout tabs. If you struggle to find a good-sized ring, try a different shape; alternatively, use the larger ring but reduce the gap so your twins can't slip through. And if you're open to a longer process, I've always wondered if testicle stretching would help in cases like yours—if they hang lower, maybe those problems disappear. Just a thought.
