Buckles from Tollyboy

I’ve looked through the forums and searched online, but I still can’t find a clear-cut answer, so here goes. Has Tollyboy permanently vanished? There’s plenty of talk about his moves to Australia, then Austria, followed by a return to the UK, yet the site seems stagnant with no updates for ages. Apologies if this is tedious, but it plays into a choice I’m planning soon. Plus, I’ve always found Tollyboy quite appealing Thanks 👍😊
