It definitely looks uncomfortable. It has a bit of a medieval vibe to it, which I like. It almost seems like something you'd find in a dungeon or torture chamber. Add some spikes and there you have it! C wouldn't consider wearing anything this large or with so much room for self-touching. The end also appears as if the head could fit out when soft. Maybe not quite, but I’d give it a try.
