Locks with a low-profile design

Question

Hi all... I've been using a Cobra lately, and it's the first cage that fits me properly. It feels right and is really comfortable. That comfort is probably why I'm considering this as a lifestyle choice.
However, I feel like something might hinder my wife from fully embracing it: the large lock bump. As she gets accustomed to it, I don't think she'll mind feeling the cage itself, but given how our bodies align, that big protrusion for the Cobra's lock is what she will notice every time we are together.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest cages with low-profile locks. I know the Holy Trainer V5 has a flatter design, but I prefer open-style cages. There's also a Cobra knockoff (beehive style) that looks much flatter, though its honeycomb structure is more enclosed than I'd like.
As I mentioned, I'm new to this, so I hope there's an option I haven't considered yet.

The ergonomic hinged ring has the lock built directly into the ring itself, resulting in no protrusion at all. It's very neat.

I have one from Amazon similar to your second link. It’s the flat honeycomb model. I call it the stubby nub in my posts. I bought it as an experiment because of its size and lock design. I’m confident this lock will meet what you’re looking for.
It is quite comfortable. She seems to constantly choose it for me to wear. The downside is that I prefer metal, so I am working on finding a replacement option she can pick from. Also, as others have noted, hygiene requires more attention.
I must say that it does keep everything snug and secure. It might even make you wonder if you still have a penis or not. And it definitely prevents causing her any discomfort when spooning.:lol:

I've just got a House of Denial Hex Lock Hera. There is no key, and the top is much flatter. I tried it on with dry swim trunks and it is pretty much invisible. Don't know what it would be like if they were wet.

I can vouch for the Ternence K145. I got it a few weeks ago and feel like I found the perfect cage. It has a low-profile lock, is super comfortable, allows easy urination (no adjustments needed - ever), and is easy to keep clean with no ball burn. I started with Kink3D; it fit ok but the lock was too prominent. Then I got a CherryKeeper; I had to buy two different cages and three rings to find a good fit. The CherryKeeper has a lower-profile lock and generally allows for easy urination. But both plastic cages did get smelly rather quickly even with daily showering.
The stainless steel Ternence has been a game changer. No issues at all wearing it 24/7.
