Lately my spouse inquired about maintaining a record for her. At first, I considered something similar to Alescan’s chastity tracker site. While the concept appeals to me greatly, it likely won’t suit my wife’s habits. It represents quite an impressive effort, perhaps too much than she’d prefer.

I had been experimenting with Apple shortcuts and created one that records our infant’s feeding durations and volumes on a shared note. (It’s worked wonderfully! If anyone else is still bottle-feeding their little ones and wants to know more, I’d gladly share it). Since she was already acquainted with this tool, and it requires nothing more than opening her notes application, I felt this approach would be best.

The advantage of using this method is that iPhone users can rely on apps they probably already possess. Provided you haven’t deleted the preinstalled Apple shortcuts.

I’ll include a link to the shortcut below. Basically, you just need to set up a shared note with your KH. Insert the linked shortcut, and near its bottom section there’s an “Append Note” area containing a blank option at the end. Click that choice and pick the relevant note. You do the same within the “Open Note” portion.

You can press the play icon located in the lower right corner to try out the function several times. Adjust any of the settings above according to your preference. To make it even more user-friendly, pin the shortcut either to your home screen or control center. Then you’re all set!

I left some inputs somewhat obscure—HJ, BJ, PIV, RO, FO, etc.—so that the records remain concise and don’t overwhelm your note with overly explicit terms plastered everywhere. However, swapping these for clearer language is easy if desired, especially when you aren’t worried about others (like kids… haha) seeing it. If anyone encounters problems, please contact me. I’m eager to assist where possible.

"Did you know there’s a built-in Apple shortcut still installed? I’m sharing the link to it below. It works like this: create a shared note with your KH, embed the linked shortcut inside, and look toward the bottom where an “Append Note” section sits—there should be a blank choice at the end of that list. Click through to select the right note. You’ll follow similar steps in the “Open Note” part. Hit the play button down low on the right side to test it out repeatedly, tweaking any settings as you see fit for your liking. For extra convenience, pin this shortcut either onto your home screen or into the control center. That’s pretty much everything! I kept some of the input labels a bit vague—HJ, BJ, PIV, RO, FO, etc.—so records stay tidy without cluttering up your note with too many technical terms spread around. But if you prefer clearer wording, swapping them out is simple enough, particularly when no one else (like little ones… haha) is looking over your shoulder. Should anyone run into trouble, just drop me a message; I’m happy to help however I can. ... b17044438f fad39b17044438f
