Anyone got a design file for printing a cage? Also, what filament do you recommend? I’d rather make one myself with my printer to test it out before shelling out cash on custom metal. You know, try-before-you-buy approach lol So… Any takers?

I’ve tried and then quit. I might give it another shot later by printing the cage in two pieces since a single-piece version didn't work. I've crafted base rings myself, using one made of plastic with my steel cage when traveling or passing through security because it cuts down on the heavy metal bulk. PLA works well enough. It’s simple to print and cheap.

Miss Michele, what sort of design are you looking to test? I don’t know much about cages or 3d printing so forgive me for steering this thread elsewhere. But I’m genuinely curious about the brilliant, inventive, delightfully wicked ideas buzzing in your head!

Well, the uncaged one showed some interest in possibly testing a flat-style cage. I don’t think it’ll suit him though, so I’d rather not drop the cash on it... Also, I’m thinking about other things I could create to crush the penis flat / hinder erection... Maybe something like a front-facing piece that cups the balls too? No idea yet, just seeing if it's doable... It’s not as if I have better uses for my $500 3D printer sitting in the next room hahaha. Might as well print up some BDSM gear! Can I make tiny dick canes? Ooo varying diameters and lengths... That sounds intriguing.

An entire cod piece that locks without waste straps, just gripping the penis and scrotum….sounds quite interesting. It would smooth out any bulge in trousers nicely and neuter the locked victim. I do hope CM enjoys this experimental phase. I’ve spotted some rather clever “printed” designs on Chinese sites so there MUST be files available. Best of luck Mistress and enjoy the journey! I don't have any good designs yet, but as for filament type, TPU is pretty strong and still a little bit flexible, if that matters. I just bought a spool of a pretty expensive filament called PPS-CF (Carbon Fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide. It's heat, water, solvent and chemical resistant, no skin irritation, resistant to grease, oil and organic (ahem) solvents. Also really strong and suitable for automotive parts. Seems like it would make a good plastic cage option, but I haven't tried printing it yet. Frankly want to make sure I have the right design first, this stuff is $100 for .75kg.
