I get that the ‘wearing their key’ trend is quite appealing, particularly when it rests between a woman’s breasts—truly amazing. However, we must admit that standard padlock keys don’t always look like great jewelry. If someone asks what you’re wearing since it’s visible, you need to be ready for an answer. My wife chose a middle ground: a pendant on a necklace shaped like a key. It isn’t the actual key used in the lock, but we both understand its significance. I was very pleased with this choice. The genuine key is kept somewhere out of sight. It resembles something similar to… well, not as elaborate perhaps. Image
That concept appeals to me. I also find it incredibly attractive when a woman wears the actual key to her man's device nowadays; they are quite common these days and carry nice symbolism. My wife sometimes wore the real key beneath her winter layers, though not frequently. This seems like a pleasant alternative that works throughout all seasons:)
Your profile pictures are attractive, and I enjoy the concept of wearing the actual key during playtime. But for everyday use, I prefer having a piece of jewelry with the key symbol in it. I know what it signifies, my wife notices me gazing at it and understands too, so we share a smile.
We have engaged in play while she wore the real key several times... incredibly hot! I think I will go shopping for a necklace with a key pendant for my wife. The idea of her being able to wear it more frequently really appeals to me.
Before she started locking me up, I gifted my wife a pendant featuring three keys. She understood what it meant, and soon enough, a fourth key joined them on the chain. Eventually, the chain snapped; for a few days we worried it was gone forever, but it resurfaced around the house. Around that same time, I switched to a lock with no sharp edges but one that has a thicker profile—a key shape that doesn't quite match the pendant anymore. So now she wears this bulkier key as part of her charm bracelet when I am secured. I've developed nearly an automatic reaction to hearing keys rattle or seeing hers on her wrist. She uses either cue to catch my attention or reinforce what she asks. Not long after locking began, a colleague asked if those were the keys to HER chastity belt (which technically they are). She laughed it off, but I later mentioned that it is actually my first thought when I see a woman wearing a key—perhaps more people think this way than we realize.
I really want to find an attractive key to wear on a necklace, but you are absolutely right that real keys often look ugly while decorative ones usually won't function! If anyone knows of a good-looking genuine working key, please let me know so I can keep my husband locked up and display the key myself:)
We used the pendant style until our daughter broke the chain (she was under a year old then and loved playing with it while I wore it). Another option we talked about was getting a small tattoo of a key. I could always claim it represents his heart!;)

The metal is Clogau gold. She might be persuaded to upload a photo; it looks very sexy when she wears it.
GOOD DAY!!Your key jewelry is quite fascinating to observe,...
I purchased Mrs K a Tiffany silver key on a necklace for Christmas. ... ri+-ni+0-t+ I can't wait to present it to her, and I am confident we will have plenty of fun with it. Interestingly enough, the price was identical to the MM Jailbird lock that we are planning to order shortly.
Here is a link showcasing an attractive lock & key set. I haven't used this brand before, but the locks appear similar to Masterlock quality. They are based in Canada. I hope this helps! If anyone has experience with them, please share details about their service and product quality.
My husband-locked wife neither believes in standard locks & keys nor enjoys keeping or handling my cage's traditional key. Consequently, she installed a heavy-duty four-digit combination number lock on my cage. Whenever I receive release permission, she gives me the code and I unlock myself. But when locking me again later, she often changes that combination number. I suspect each time she records the new number somewhere within her wardrobe.
Another possibility I have used before is obtaining a locking jewelry box that comes with its own decorative key. You can then place your standard master lock key inside it, allowing the keyholder to display the pretty key from the jewelry box as her symbol. I have tested several different attractive lock/key sets available out there, but most of those locks were too fragile for everyday wear.
I also appreciate wearing a key daily, but I have rather nosy friends and colleagues who would constantly ask about what hangs around my neck. So here is an idea: an attachment ring for my bra (or bras; indeed I own several...) positioned right in the center, between my breasts;) . This allows me to wear the key discreetly when out in public, or visibly on a necklace at home if I wish to tease my husband just that bit more...
Maryelisabeth; there was an active member named Dev who wore her key attached directly to a nipple ring. Check this link to view her avatar in the archived discussion
Yes, I have seen that...and it looks wonderful. However, I am too timid to get a nipple piercing myself! This is my 'lite' version:lol:
At some point she stopped wearing it on her nipple ring as well. I don't recall the exact details, but comfort was likely a factor.

The concept is certainly appealing, but personally, I feel it would not make the key inaccessible enough. It needs to maintain a strong suspension of disbelief that there are still numerous ways I could manage to get myself out.
Jake constructed me a couple pairs of panties (specifically by sewing a pocket onto ones he bought at Victoria's Secret) that feature a small velcro compartment in front specifically designed to hold the key.

That is very cool, and I imagine it can be occasionally quite cruel.;)
