I own the steelworxx model and highly recommend it.
It features an integrated lock and sits very low profile. My fit is such that when soft, I barely notice it most of the time.
It works well as a chastity device for me. As arousal builds, it feels pleasant up to a certain point. When fully erect, however, the pressure becomes too much due over-stimulation. While an orgasm is possible, it lacks pleasure and would likely be retrograde (ejaculate going into the bladder), offering no satisfaction there either.
I can remove it myself, though it's trickier than sliding out of a steelheart tube.
The balls remain secured regardless.
It's obviously easy to maintain cleanliness, extremely discreet, doesn't disrupt urination or sleep, and avoids tugging on the testicles during an erection.
