We’ve placed an order for the MM Queen’s Keep. I can’t praise MM enough; they’ve been excellent at responding to my emails with answers and reassurance. We were leaning towards getting the security screw, but our KH/Spouse prefers the classic lock & key setup. Here are the specs: Cage length is 1 3/4 inches, cage diameter is 1 1/8 inches, along with two base rings sized at 1 3/4 and 1 7/8.

MM must be moving a lot of inventory because he mentioned delivery could take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Once the device arrives, I’ll share an update on how it wears.

My KH was also fond of the lock & key idea. However, we decided against it because she didn't care for how the padlock sits off to one side. She wasn't keen on the possibility that a simple "tool box" tool could unlock the cage. The high-security screw features an oddly shaped triangle with a stud in the center, and the key only fits into this triangular slot in one orientation. LRC wanted confirmation that it hadn't been tampered with. MM offers another option: there’s a hole behind the screw where you can insert a plastic lock. Since this plastic lock doesn’t secure anything else, you don’t need to worry about stress fractures breaking the material. It also lays flat against the cage surface. I currently have this setup and it works great. If that interests you, reach out to him directly; he might still be able to accommodate it. He took a week off recently, which I suspect is causing some minor delays in his queue.

The plastic lock doesn't hold anything so you don't have to worry about stress breaking the plastic. It also sets flat on the cage. I have this and it works very well. If you are interested contact him and he may still be able to do this. We were considering that option too, but MM quoted $60 just for drilling the hole required for the numbered lock. That felt a bit steep. We’ll start out with our current choice and can always send it back later if we need modifications. Since my spouse only wants me wearing it at home right now, things are fine as they are; though if that changes down the line, we might switch approaches.
