I own a Captus and I'm quite fond of it. Initially, the ring featured sharp edges that left tiny cuts on me, similar to scratches. I took a dremel tool to them to smooth out those rough spots.

As BB69D pointed out.... Your link is broken, but assuming it's pointing to the same device shown in your profile picture, I have that exact model. It's easily the best one I've tried and incredibly comfortable for constant 24/7/365 wear.
