Alright, I’ve made up my mind to upgrade to a jailbird, but there are a couple of details that aren’t entirely clear yet.

1. Forum members have mentioned “inverted bars” on the jailbird, and they appear to be suggested for guys who haven’t been cut. As an uncut individual, this matters to me, but I can’t find a specific choice for “inverted bars” on the order form? It’s puzzling.
2. A low profile is crucial for me because my CB-6000s feels too bulky and shows through my trousers’ outline. The security screw option catches my eye. However, I’m unsure if a jailbird with this feature can still accommodate a padlock. Occasionally, being locked with a traditional padlock seems better to me, so I’d only choose the security screw if it doesn’t block that possibility. Can anyone confirm whether a jailbird fitted with the security screw option remains compatible with a standard padlock when needed?

I don't have specific details on the inverted bars, but my jailbird is fantastic. I've been wearing it for a week now. I selected the security screw upgrade and also had an extra hole drilled specifically for a padlock. My keyholder currently has me locked with both a padlock and the high-security screw simultaneously. In my view, this cage offers significantly more comfort than my previous cb6ks.

I think you will need to cover an additional cost for a jailbird setup that supports both a screw lock and a padlock. Reach out directly to M.M. I opted solely for the screw lock and have been very satisfied with it. At first, aligning the cage hole with the base ring takes some practice, but it becomes easier as you go along. The device is so comfortable when sized correctly that you might not need to unlock or relock frequently!:) ( I have been locked 24/7 since late April, with short monthly breaks for shaving and playing with Mistress). The padlock does add some bulk and can jiggle a bit, which is why I chose not to use it. I also consider the jailbird much more comfortable than the CB6000 that I wore before; I disliked that model and could only wear it continuously for three days at most.

You are right, I did have to pay extra for the additional hole intended for the padlock. But you are correct too: provided the cage fits well, there is no need to remove it. I am not sure how long my locking period will last...
