Could someone explain why some users don’t appear as online in the people list even though they are? When I log in, it always shows me as being online in that small box, but this doesn’t happen for everyone.

Perhaps some individuals prefer to keep a lower profile!

If you click on your name tag located in the top right corner of the screen, a dropdown menu will appear allowing you to choose whether to be visible or hidden.
