When worn, this belt provides a waist circumference of 34 or 36 inches (86.5-91.5cm) all the way around (just above the padlock), depending on the adjustable pin settings. For other EU countries, payment and shipping options can be negotiated. Shipping to the USA might be feasible, but postage costs and customs fees will likely add up significantly.
