Hello everyone,
I’m seeking guidance on a new chastity device to swap out for the current CB6000. I’d like to buy something that allows for extended lock times with fewer hygiene interruptions. The wearer works physically and needs freedom of movement during his daily routine, but I want him locked around the clock. With this in mind, what kind of steel option would you recommend? I prefer an open design because I enjoy seeing any T&D effects when possible. To all the lovely chaste males wearing a steel device 24/7: could you share which one you find best for long-term locking without sacrificing ease of movement?
Many thanks, Mistress Jules
Mistress Jules, the device in my profile picture is what I wear now. It’s a black powder-coated Jailhouse M200. It’s an inexpensive Chinese model, but it performs flawlessly. I use cocoa butter (which helps with stretch marks) as lubricant and have had zero issues. The chrome version of this same device gave me nothing but trouble, though. This one is comfortable for long durations. Naturally, there's a break-in period while your body gets used to it; simply putting it on might not be enough initially, but once adjusted, I can barely notice it at times. I have a very physical job as well—I’m a mechanic and nearly every day lift an 80-pound rolling cart up and down from my work truck, plus a lighter one around 60 pounds. Bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, lying prone, lifting, reaching; I do all of these frequently. Hope this helps!:)
My job involves a lot of walking and lifting. I use a Matute Metal Queens Keep and it works well for me. The only time I experience issues is when wearing tight trousers (like jeans) during long car drives. My mistress doesn't like dealing with my maintenance all the time, so I keep myself clean and am only unlocked once a week for extra cleaning (usually on weekends). hope this helps toanlimina locked 24/7/365 since January 1st, 2014
To be honest, I feel this is a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' question. What suits one person doesn't necessarily suit another; each device brings its own challenges. I believe metal devices are better for hygiene, specifically steel rather than chrome, which can be harder to find. I suspect few people still wear the very first device they bought. I also think that as time passes, male anatomy adapts and adjusts, making it an ongoing project rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Good luck.

I agree we are all different; it’s not one size fits all. I have the CB6000s I purchased four years ago. I went through the adjustment period finding the right combination of ring and spacer sizes. After about six months of regular lock ups, I had to move down to a smaller ring size. I hadn't been locked for any length of time in the last three years until recently. Now that this has changed, I am being locked regularly and for longer periods. I now find I need another step down in ring size. So it was nice to read your comment about male shape and size adapting.
Agree with the comments above. There is no single correct answer, which is why many of us have several devices from trial and error. You just need to base your choices on what is already comfortable for him and what isn't. However, there will be a trial period for any new device as always.
Sounds like you are describing either a jailbird or a queens keep to me. I have a queens keep and am currently in my second week without any breaks. As long as I apply a dab of lube twice daily, I have zero issues. I don't think there's a limit to how long I could wear it. There was some break-in period for certain physical activities, but since handing over the key, I’ve never needed an emergency unlock or had to ask to be let out. I would suggest having a bar added to the underside to prevent excessive stimulation in that sensitive area.
I have an MM Jail Bird and run on the treadmill with it on. I also visit my personal trainer at the gym (I just avoid wearing tight shorts to him). I wear it constantly except when having sex or traveling by air. If his job involves squatting or crawling around a lot, like a plumber, he will feel it more; but if his trousers aren't too tight, it should work fine. Silicone lube is critical for my comfort. Any device with an open design that fits well would likely work. I bought a soft shower brush to use in the shower, so hygiene hasn't been an issue.

I have the coated steel version and haven't had any problems yet. I also work on cars, so it works great for me. There are lots of slits in the cage, making it easy to wash and keep clean.
Thank you all for taking the time to reply. I expect to make a decision by the end of the month.
This sissy is locked in an MM Queen's Keep device. According to Mistress, it produces the desired effect, but after nearly two years, it’s time for something a bit smaller and snugger.
