Just popping in to say hi from across the ocean. I’m a recovering chastity player; while I don’t naturally lean towards being submissive in daily life, I can step into that role depending on the type of sex play involved. Even then, I keep control.:) It feels like I might be somewhat unique since my interest is primarily in chastity as its own distinct fetish, whereas many others seem to view it as part of a broader kink ecosystem. Don’t let first impressions fool you—my wife and I haven’t exactly lived purely vanilla lives. Eager to see how everyone else handles their practices and whether I’ll find my place here. I recently left another forum labeled for chastity, which mostly buzzed with under a dozen new posts weekly, often discussing devices or fantasy tales dressed up as real life. I might share later why I label myself a recovering player.

We’re quite an eclectic group here Lenny. It may look like there are forty Sissy-Subs, forty Manly-Subs, and ten Dom/mes, but everyone (well, almost all) keeps a pretty open mind and is glad to hear from others' experiences and reality. For me personally, chastity is simply one fetish among many. I do believe that catamitic power really takes charge, though; I allow myself to be led because I consent to it. Some people wear 'the lifestyle' like an overcoat they just throw on, while others develop their own unique methods. Both are valid, and both mindsets seem to coexist happily here, so I hope you feel right at home.

I really liked your point about being led only because you agree to it. That’s essentially how I approach things too. Sometimes I play the submissive role just to please my partner or even simply to ease some stress in my life, but ultimately, it remains my choice.

Unless slavery has recently been legalized, then surely all subbies are being "led" because they have consented to it. However, I much prefer those who are genuinely submissive.
