I have been abstaining for just over a week now and ordered an inexpensive device to test out. I stumbled upon this site while researching the topic, thinking it might help if any issues arose. Once I get accustomed to the device, I plan to try carlilock.

Welcome! Here is a tip: being in chastity with someone you are involved with feels quite different and often better than doing it solo. Without an active partner to benefit from your restraint and tease you constantly, the experience changes significantly. I received my device and have been wearing it intermittently as I try to get used to it. My question is: how long does it typically take before you can wear it continuously without pain? (I realize some discomfort will likely remain.) So far, I can manage about half a day before the pain sets in and I need to take it off. Is this because the scrotal skin needs to toughen up? (There is currently a scab forming where the pain originates.)

Mature Metal offers a set of sizing rings that could be quite useful. I had to go beyond the 2 inch (5 centimetre) ring, which is usually the largest size available. Apparently, I am built in somewhat unusual ways. Not hung like a horse, unfortunately.:( Even the 2 inch ring felt so tight that my circulation was restricted enough for broken blood vessels to appear on the surface of my scrotum, which is clearly not ideal.

Currently, I am using a 1 7/8" ring. The 1 3/4" ring was definitely too tight, but the 2" one feels somewhat loose. I tried the 2" ring for a while, but the device kept sliding forward and felt like it might fall off. I have tested all the spacers, though they don't seem to make much difference, so I am using the smallest spacer. Another potential issue is the shape of the rings themselves. They are not solid blocks but feature an H-shape profile. I do notice some swelling extending into that space within the ring.

My mistress wants me to get a PA piercing so she can install a lock through the end of the cage. I am not particularly keen on this idea. I watched two videos showing how PA piercings are performed, and there was quite a bit of screaming... Anyway, the main point is that if all else fails and you are open to getting a PA, it provides a guaranteed way to stop the cage from sliding off.

I have considered getting a PA piercing and probably will at some point, but I am not quite ready yet. I need to be willing to undergo the procedure and manage the aftercare while it heals.

Hey there! To @cth96190 and @jb393... There has been a lot of discussion here on the Mansion regarding PA piercings. Getting straight to the point: yes, there IS pain, BUT it is very short-lived..... The skin in that area is quite thin.... But, like everything else, I can only speak from my own experience... Do not believe every single thing you see online!!!!!! I firmly believe the PA is THE BEST thing I have ever done! My wife LOVES it!! Other women here have reported similar experiences!!! It involves a very short-term pain for absolute long-term gain!!! My advice: do not overthink it... just go ahead and get it!!!! And remember... any piercing used to secure a device MUST be completely healed! Fortunately, the PA is a quick-healing piercing because the flow of urine keeps things sterile and aids in rapid healing! A quick tip.... drink LOTS before getting the needle stuck in you! The first pee after the procedure is THE REAL kicker!!!! If your urine is more dilute, it will help reduce the pain! Go for it, guys... do it!!!!! With warmest regards, J.
