I’m searching for a Lori’s #12 D, specifically the version featuring a hood. If you have an extra one or are willing to part with it, please get in touch. I’d prefer PA sizing between 4 GA and 0 GA. Please also share the measurements for both the A and B rings. Appreciate your help.

Thank you for the response. Yes, I did see those listings, but the #283 model with the hood appears quite pricey and doesn't match my preferred PA size. The other option that includes a hood also has an incorrect PA measurement. I was hoping to find someone who owns one sized at least 4 gauge. I believe a larger gauge would make wearing it more comfortable, as smaller gauges can be quite painful.

Indeed they are. I wear a #5 model constantly throughout the year. My keyholder is looking for an alternative device that isn't quite as comfortable when it comes to correction tasks. D spotted the 12D and liked its appearance, then tasked me with sourcing one at a fair cost. I might inquire with Ms Lori about pricing for adjusting the Pa pin.

Ms. Lori proved incredibly helpful once more and agreed to adjust the 12D equipped with a hood so it fits flawlessly. We're getting a larger testie ring, a bigger PA pin, and the hood size will match that of my #5 model. I couldn't ask for better service.

The 12D has arrived. It required some effort to put on initially and then get accustomed to. Eventually, however, we decided it wasn't quite right and sent it back for further modifications. I've just received an email from Ms Lori confirming it's already on its way back. We have also opted to modify the #5 device slightly to reduce bulkiness by filling in the lower section of the hood (similar to newer versions) and adjusting the PA so the tube is more streamlined. To quote 'd', I want it to look less medieval. This means that while the #5 undergoes adjustments and shipping (potentially for two months), I will remain locked in the #12!!! I won't be returning the #5 until I am fully prepared to wear the #12 permanently, which won't be simple after enjoying the comfort of the #5.
