Hi everyone,

I’ve gone through plenty of reviews on these belts and have been planning to purchase a Neosteel arch for quite some time. Yesterday I finally placed my order, and today I got an email from Mr. Mende that left me rather puzzled (quoted below).

“Thank you very much for your order for “The ARCH” which arrived at the Neosteel Online Shop on October 30, 2014. Are you clear about that you will need two system modules for a Neosteel System CB? First a Hipband System Module, KYH, which can also be adjustable, KYHV, or an adjustable Masterpiece Hipband System Module, KYHV-MP. And second a system module which goes through the step. This is “The ARCH” you ordered. ”

I’ve written back to Mr. Mende asking for clarification, but he’s taking his time getting back to me. So I’m turning to our resident Neosteel experts for some wisdom here: what exactly is going on? I spent about £600 on the arch; what am I missing?

What was the total price of your order? Could you paste a copy here (just strip out your name and address so we can see just the products)? It looks like you ordered two hip belts, but please try to paste the full order details so we can take a look and help figure it out. Since the form asked for my hip size, I assumed that meant it was a complete belt. Judging by how it looks now, I think I need to add the band separately. Is that right? Regards, chastiff
