It’s been some time, but I’ve returned to trying to get the cs500 working. There are a few things where I could use guidance. Peeing - What is the best way to do this? I know there is an opening at the bottom of the cs500 (which is open but has bars), yet I find it not very useful. It might be my PA or something else, but I have been struggling with it constantly because it doesn’t spray straight down. It’s messy. Chaffing on the glans - Because the end of the tube is open, my head becomes extremely sensitive. Does this improve over time? It hurts most when I am erect and the head bulges out through the bars a bit. Any touch from my boxers feels like torture. Sitting down and pinching below the testicles - If I lean back, I am okay. But sitting upright is usually uncomfortable. The bow touches the chair surface, and the skin of my testicles often gets caught in between (since they rest over the bow). Any advice would be wonderful!

Bump! Is anyone here who can give some advice? Thanks!

Hi. I still use my cs100 and haven't had any of the issues you mentioned. However, your bow problem might be because you haven't bent the angle where it connects to the lock block to fit your body shape! If you adjust it, remember to also bend the tube bracket so it matches. Regarding the open end causing pinching, I have to admit that was why I chose a closed-end model after having issues with other open-ended devices doing exactly what you described. You could try making some kind of removable fitting to prevent this while wearing it; I once used a preformed rubber sheath with a drain hose attached to the edge and trimmed it down so it just stretched over the end of the tube. This made peeing cleaner because urine flowed out through the drainage tube, and it also stopped my penis from rubbing against clothes since it couldn't stick out past the rubber sheath. Use plenty of silicone lube around the scrotum and bow at all times; it helps everything move more easily.

Thanks Stroppy. Ironically, I am sitting on the sofa right now. I was sleeping but must have gotten an erection overnight; the pain woke me up a few minutes ago due to the sensitivity of my penile head. Any slight brush against the head while it's bulging through the bars is painful. Very frustrating. *sigh*.

Okay. A bit better this morning. Sleeping was painful because of the head sensitivity I mentioned earlier. I think I found a penile sheath that might work over the tube to help with that. Sometimes I wonder if I got the tube too short, but I triple-checked my measurements before ordering, so maybe it is just part of the adjustment period. So I wore it for about 5 days straight (after not using it for months), which was a decent run. It's currently off while I clean and adjust it. Two things I noticed: There are a couple of open sores at the bottom of my penis, where the end of the tube likely dug in during erections. Any advice on this? I bought white petroleum jelly and am wondering if I should use that inside and around the tube, perhaps even at the opening. It's not too painful really, just unsightly. I also noticed that the skin on the underside of my shaft closer to the head is a bit swollen. Almost like fluid buildup. Also not painful at all. Just odd. It is roughly near the bottom side of the tube where the bars meet the solid part of the tube. Finally, how tight should the belt be? I can fit several fingers in while lying down, and if I try hard enough, I can slide it up over my hip bones, but it feels snug overall. Last time I had it tighter; it felt fatiguing to flex muscles around my waist (tensing upper thighs and butt) because of the pressure against the belt. So I assumed that was too tight, which is why it's at its current level now. But I've also heard that tighter is better. I just don't know when is too much. Standing upright, if I try, I can squeeze a finger or two in. It’s not super easy nor hard. I am wondering if I should use the straps I originally ordered since those go back. I know they will keep the tube closer to my body, though I don't know if that is good or bad. Right now when erect, about an inch of the base of my penis is exposed outside the bottom of the tube (where the skin bunches up a little). The most frustrating thing is figuring out what leads to comfort.

Well, it seems like one step forward and two steps back. I tried tightening the belt by one hole before putting it on again yesterday evening. After getting locked back in, I concluded that it was too tight. Any flexing of muscles while walking caused too much pressure on the muscle itself, and I could tell it would start to get fatiguing. Plus, I have a sensitive stomach so I don't want to make it too tight because that makes using the toilet more difficult. So we took it off, loosened it back to my usual setting, and re-secured it after cleaning. I used white petroleum jelly around the problem areas. I think that helped. I also secured my PA to the bars rather than just wearing it loose inside as is. I think this helped a bit with space for the head. I woke up tonight with quite a lot of pain at the base of my penis. Basically, when erect, about a thumb-width or so of my shaft sticks out of the tube. From what I can tell, when erected, the tube gets pushed outward, resulting in it trying to stay straight up. I am thinking of bending the tube and bow inward more, but I don't know if that will help since there is always some give with the thin waistband. Maybe it will? I guess the alternative is to secure it tightly against the body using the security straps. Does this sound normal? We want to make this work for my Mistress, but we are both a bit frustrated.

Well, the belt is off for today. I have about two weeks before it's time again (weekly cleaning). If I can solve these two problems, I think I'll be set. I get edema near the head on the underside of my shaft. It doesn't hurt; it just looks a bit puffed up. Is this normal? The bigger issue is that I pretty much wake up every night due to pain where the bottom of the tube digs in. There's a D-ring welded there so I know it isn't a rough edge. It's just the engorged penis pressing against the tube. This has developed an open sore at that point, which now needs neosporin. It was rubbed raw and bleeding; usually, the nighttime pain comes from burning at that spot. I don't quite know how to fix it.

I think the best thing would be if you post a couple of pictures with the belt on so people can see what you are describing instead of trying to imagine it. Philfred had an issue with the tube rubbing, and Knightservant did as well way back when (if I recall correctly). However, I haven't had these issues with mine. The tube digging in at the base while erect usually points to the angle of the tube and bow being slightly off. I'm not sure if you opted for the modification where Fetish Felix actually trimmed a bit off the side edge of the tube to help prevent this from happening.

Will do. I will get some pictures up here shortly after showering. Thanks Stroppy. I have both the D-ring modification as well as the angled cut that makes it point down slightly more.

Okay, I managed to get a bunch of pictures from various angles, wearing each piece one by one. Rather than uploading them all here, I put them on imgur. When you have time, please check them out to see if there's something I'm doing wrong. I labeled the pictures with appropriate titles. Several also have descriptions underneath the images themselves to provide further info (since I did things like pulling at the tube and tried showing how much/little movement there is, and where gaps/tightness are, etc.). The album is at
