You need to approach this in stages. Gradually increase the time so your body can get used to it.

It depends on where you're feeling the pain, Bhen. If it's in your penis as it attempts to erect... sorry, that happens every time you get a hard-on. If it's located in your scrotum or other skin areas....it might be related to fit, or perhaps just part of getting accustomed to wearing one. Try starting with a few hours each day and gradually increase from there.
