CB Range discussion

Greetings all, As I’m from Europe, my measurements are in centimeters rather than inches. I am looking to order a MM Jail Bird but find myself quite puzzled… So far, I have been using the CB6000S. The second-largest ring fits me well enough without causing too much pain. However, the cage is excessively long for my frame—easily twice the length of my flaccid penis. When checking out the MM website now, cock rings range from 1 1/4” to 3 1/2”, which equals roughly 3.175cm to 8.9cm. Yet, measuring my scrotum and penis together gives me 6.3” when relaxed and 5.1” when pulled tight. These figures don’t seem to match up with the CB6KS ring sizes at all; the one that fits me should be around 1 7/8” = 4.75cm! The same confusion applies to the cage’s inner diameter. The CB6KS specifications list the cage length as 2.5”, which aligns reasonably well with my 6.3cm measurement. But they also state the inner diameter is 1 3/8”, whereas I measure it at 3.5”. These numbers are all over the place! Therefore, I am really curious about which sizes to pick for the MM Jail Bird. Are there any European subs using metric units who can clarify this for me?

Many standard rulers here in the U.S. feature both metrics and inches, which makes approximate conversions quite straightforward. European rulers might lack this dual scale, or perhaps people just don't think about rulers much after elementary school.

Just remember to use diameter rather than circumference when choosing your cage and ring sizes.

You are measuring around the object instead of across it. Take your measurements and divide by 3.14 to determine the diameter.

Always be careful regarding whether you are using diameter or circumference, as this can significantly alter perceived sizes, making them appear smaller and thinner. To convert units, use the conversion tools on your phone. Definitely specify clearly if a measurement refers to diameter or circumference. Getting dimensions right is notoriously tricky for boy bits lol. It is best to start with affordable stainless steel options and wear them for several weeks before investing heavily in custom pieces. Many of those high-end ones don't seem to fit well, judging by how many appear here for sale almost brand new. I suggest you take the budget-friendly route; it might work out perfectly fine.
