I’ve got the espresso 3D printed contraption now (after previously owning the beta version). It holds up nicely against the Holy Trainer 2, although it feels a bit more noticeable. The main plus is that I don’t need to apply lotion. (My detailed thoughts on my blog.)

He's generally quite open to designing new products if you approach him correctly...

I bought one earlier this month and I'm pretty happy with it. That said, I'd advise going for the 'natural' white shade. I went ahead and got a tinted model, but the color seems to sit on top rather than being fully integrated—I've started noticing some fading.
