I also tried the full belt version with a flat front shield and tube plus the rubber urinary extension. That particular setup was laughable! I felt like my inner thighs were getting bruised by the front shield, and it seemed impossible to empty completely. Moving on! I currently have a Chinese clone of the CS-100 coming my way, and I’m hoping this one hits the mark. No silicone below the waistline to wear down, no need for a crotch strap either. I thought I’d update this thread after... well, too many years have passed. Right now, I alternate between a Behind Barz with Hannibal 2 and the Kink3d Cobra. With the BB, I really appreciate the removable front shield option that keeps the rest of the belt secured. I opt for the Kink3d when I know I’ll be out dancing since the BB might raise some eyebrows if someone bumps into me on the dance floor. I also enjoy having a PA ring in the Cobra rather than my penis being squished inside a tube. Essentially, I’m wearing one of them around the clock these days.
