Waist strap: 75-95cm, adjustable, with a removable black silicone liner Penis ring size: 34mm Mesh length: 8cm This belt has been worn for only a few days; it is in excellent condition without any damage. Hi, Not sure if this would suit a piercing. You might be able to remove some loops from the mesh to accommodate it? Cheers, shnuxx
