Hello, I am currently searching for a metal device suitable for long-term wear. I’m interested in either Steelworxxx or Mature Metal options. Ideally, I need a base ring of 40 MM or smaller and a cage length no longer than 2 inches; a 1.5-inch cage seems perfect. To give you an idea of my current setup, I am wearing a Holy Trainer small cage with alternating 36 and 40 MM rings. This isn’t a KH or Sir situation, so I have been managing the lockup myself. If anyone has a device they are willing to part with, please let me know. Thanks

I love my Jailbird. I started with the CB6000s and once I got the measurements right I ordered the Mature Metal Jailbird and LOVE IT! I can pee standing up or sitting but usually prefer sitting when I can. I have worn it for over 30 days and have been locked up for about 29 days so far this time. My advice would be to try a plastic one like the CB and get an idea of size. I found the more I wore it I had to decrease the base ring size till I finally settled out. If you order one you might just go ahead and opt for getting a second ring the next size smaller so you do not have to send it back for fitting though you might end up changing the gap at some point. Also you can use the measurements of the plastic device so see how long you need the metal one once you order it.. Metal is sooooooo much nicer and more comfortable once you have the sizing correct. I like having the screw lock on my Jailbird since it makes it less noticeable. My KH wears the key proudly and when someone asks her what the key is for she replies it is the key to my boyfriends happiness.. LOL Hope this helps.. It is a learning curve and I doubt may get it correct the first time around but once you do, it is great. My KH does not even have to ask me to put it back on if she releases me for her pleasure. It just have become a normal part of me and feels right when I am wearing it.

Hello N23orMore, Thanks so much for the post. It was really helpful. My first device was the CB6Ks. I experimented with the base rings and locking posts until I found the correct size. I would stay locked in that device for weeks at a time. The main issue I had with it was hygiene. It was really hard to clean. Then after a while of use the cage cracked. I glued it back but I was always scared it would crack again and pinch me. I then went and got a Holy trainer. I started with that device and loved the way it felt. I agree with you on the base ring. I started with a 40 mm base ring and wore the device for a month continuously several times but have found that I need the smaller ring and have gotten the 36mm base ring and it works better for me than the 40mm one. I am ready to make the jump to metal my only issue at this time is financial. I do not have the funds available to purchase a metal device. I figured that I would ask around to see if anyone has a used device that they are no longer using or doesnt fit anymore to see if it would be good for my needs. As I am writing this I am still on the look-out for one. Thanks again for the post and I hope to be locked in metal soon. I think that once I do this long term locked will be what I am looking for. I do not have a KH or Sir so my lockups have been self monitored. Thanks again

One other thing I found was I had to adjust the gap at some point from 3/8" to 7/16" for comfort. I was being pinched and what a difference it make. Just got out of 31 day lockup. KH is giving me a short breather and then back in for 45 days. I am headed to the gym tonight and probably will put it back on anyway since now I seem to feel like something is missing when not wearing it.. LOL
