Hello, I just discovered this kSafe project on Kickstarter via It is a goal-oriented locking safe that seems like it would be perfect for people doing chastity. You can set the date-based goals directly from your phone, and there are no overrides. I have already pledged $79 to receive one early… take a look and pledge to support getting this product into the market. Here is what they say about it: What exactly is kSafe? kSafe belongs to a research-backed system designed to transform temptation into motivation, ensuring you meet your objectives. Just put whatever item of desire (snacks, remote control for TV, iPad, etc.) inside kSafe and define your goal using the specific app. The safe remains locked until your target is achieved. No overrides!

@sig, this represents something entirely distinct from the standard kitchen safe. The creators are seeking funding to study its feasibility and construct a prototype for it.
I purchased one of those earlier kitchen safes myself, but I found the interface lacking. You need to turn the dial roughly a hundred times just to reach five days (and you have to figure out the hours yourself... not something my partner feels like doing). With this new version selecting a release date through a mobile app—whether by calendar or goal—it is quite different. droog
To me personally, adding to the anticipation of being locked up long-term is that spinning wheel and all those clicking sounds!:) But the app update is a significant step forward. The lock period has grown longer too. kSafe feels like just the right name for this improved device, doesn't it?;)
