Looking for a chastity device that is truly secure? Out of all the ones I’ve experimented with (CB6000s, MM Jailbird, various random internet finds, and Birdlocked), these are all easily defeated or escaped from. Since I lock myself in and have no partner to keep me compliant, it’s quite demotivating when I can simply remove my device whenever I want (even without the key). So, are there more secure options available on the market today, or is a PA the only route to that highly coveted escape-proof predicament?

Apart from a Full Belt (Neosteel, MySteel, Latowski), any and all ball trap style devices will require a piercing to be secure.

Having a P.A. piercing isn't as bad as you think, though it is sometimes as easy or hard as others claim. The piercer effectively pushes a needle through the skin at the base of your glans and pulls it out through the top of your penis; this sensation will be felt. Normal healing takes about 6 weeks and isn't too terrible except when you urinate, which feels like peeing needles through your own penis. I also noticed an issue with a foul-smelling odor emanating from the area for quite some time afterward, so good personal hygiene is absolutely necessary. It's worth it though. I have never regretted having mine. It has made my Steelworxx inescapable and is really comfortable to wear. One thing to consider: do you have a foreskin or are you circumcised? I have a foreskin, which can make P.A. devices cause a very painful pinching sensation if the skin attaching to the glans gets caught between the P.A. ring and the device. It's easy enough to overcome with a small piece of sponge on the P.A. ring.

Actually, most reputable piercers insert a small receiving tube just inside the urethra. The needle pierces the underside of the penis into the tube, followed by the jewelry coming out through the tip of your penis, not the top (unless you're getting an Apadravya or reverse PA). This varies greatly from person to person. Drink more water during the first couple of weeks while healing; you'll pee more often, which helps keep the wound irrigated. For me, the pain while urinating subsided after a couple of days, and even then it was only noticed at the start of peeing, lasting about 2 seconds before stopping. I suspect this had more to do with not being circumcised, giving the piercing more of a place to nurture bacteria and a bit of lingering urine drips. So yes, it's important to keep clean. I'm cut though and didn't notice any odor issues. I do make sure to wipe up well after urinating as well.

yes the skin is very thin there hence why it doesnt really hurt much. If you can take a shot in the arm you can handle the PA. I've never regretted getting mine. It does take time to heal though before it can be used with a device. has the contendor which uses a PA and is custom made, very comfortable and reasonably priced.
