I’m trying to update my profile but I can’t work out the method? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well, not everything is modifiable... but if you tap on Your username located in the top right corner and choose "Personal Details" from the dropdown menu, - you'll be able to modify quite a bit:-)

It's not that complicated. you can swap out your avatar, update your details and alter most elements. keeping the same username is trickier but trastamara looks pretty good.:)
