Hi all. Has anyone here tried out chastity devices with a central urethral shaft? Mine is a stainless steel tube nestled in a plastic cage. The tube narrows as it goes toward the tip, but I find that wearing it for more than 8 hours makes everything feel quite sore. I’ve noticed some designs where the tip finishes off like a little ball. Does anyone know which style offers the best comfort for long-term wear?

A urethral tube that ends in a ball is definitely simpler and safer to put in. Whether it actually makes extended wear safer is up for debate though.

I’ve worn the Looker 01 which features a ball ending; I believe this design exists to prevent sharp edges from injuring the urethra. It’s a custom-made piece. Most ready-to-wear models lack this feature and could potentially cause damage, though it doesn’t always happen. There are some members here who own these devices but only use them occasionally for short stretches. I’ve kept the Looker insert in place for roughly a week without any issues, and I’m sure others have managed even longer periods.
