I’ve got a CB-6KS with a KSD installed (the smallest size), and I’m getting huge bulging coming out of the side vent holes. They almost look like blisters before I painfully push them back in using a cotton swab. I’m tempted to pick up an inexpensive metal device from friends on Amazon or DHgate—specifically a Kamiti model.

I know sizing can be tricky; when flaccid, I don’t seem to fill the CB6KS completely, so I’m not sure if 1.5 inches is too small. Since it’s a tough question with no easy answer, I was hoping for some advice from those more experienced.

You could always superglue the holes shut in. To me, they've always seemed pretty pointless anyway.
