I spotted a mention here in the community a few days back for a zinc alloy chastity belt known as the Bestimulus. This specific model is incredibly affordable and includes three rings, which are the metric equivalents of 1.5”, 1.75” and 2”. I spent considerable time researching this device. Finding out it’s made of zinc didn’t bother me because I have many things in my life constructed from zinc, such as chainsaw carburetors, salad serving utensils, and diecast models. The material is strong and shiny with excellent antibacterial properties. However, I did learn that this unit likely has a copper overlay followed by a layer of chrome or nickel. After reading about ergonomically shaped rings on chastity belts, I realize that while a band-type ring might not be as comfortable, it could theoretically be ground to mimic the ergonomic styles. Grinding into the edge of plated material would expose layers (strata) that might prove impossible to make completely smooth. I noticed that the Bestimulus is available in stainless steel (304 I believe). The cost for the ss model is around $40 including shipping, but it comes with only one ring, which can be my choice of the same sizes mentioned above. I went into my workshop and crafted three rings of similar dimensions, then ordered the stainless version with a 1.75” base band. I have owned a CB6000 for several years now. It is decent for how much my wife and I play, but it hurts to wear and just doesn’t “do it” for either of us. The Bestimulus should arrive in a few days. I look forward to receiving it! I don’t have any quams about modifying it for comfort, and if I can achieve a really good fit, I am eager to introduce my wife to my locked self. We have a healthy sex life, and she usually spanks me before intercourse mostly because she enjoys my generosity. hi,i ordered the supposedly stainless model a while back but after a few days itching problems started even with daily showers through the vents,on the fourth day i took out the cage and found multiple stains,urine contaminated the inside of the cage,very hard to clean,i was able to save the unit by painting the interior with plasti dip,

Thank you Tena. When I read your reply I became concerned that perhaps this chastity belt really is not 304 ss. I researched and this is what I learned: "304 stainless steel has a high resistance to rust. It will withstand corrosion from most oxidizing acids and is often used for kitchen and food applications. However, it is susceptible to corrosion from chloride solutions (notably saline environments with high amounts of sodium chloride). Chloride ions can create localized areas of corrosion, called "pitting," which can spread beneath protective chromium barriers to compromise internal structures. Solutions with as little as 25 ppm of sodium chloride can begin to have a corrosive effect." It could be that we were hoodwinked, but I do hope mine holds up. I don't mind stains, but pitting would be the pits. I first want to check the fit and file and grind and polish as necessary with jewelers' rouge and a Dremel mounted cloth wheel. If the surface fails I will likely coat it with POR 15, a really tough 2 part clear material. I used it on a polished brass doorknob 20 years ago and it is still perfect. It could turn out to be pewter though. Time will tell. Ss
