I’ve been weighing the entire situation from top to bottom, yet I’m still nowhere near finding the right fit. My main issue is that I grow in all areas—both testicles and penis. I ordered a metal cage; it’s decent enough, but the biggest ring at 50mm hurts like hell when putting it on. Once it’s finally secured though, my balls tend to retract upward, causing the device to slip off while I’m walking around. The fix was simple: stop by Home Depot and grab some plastic-coated wire rope, aluminum swedges, and thin garden irrigation tubing for padding. Measure it to fit your waist so it's loose enough for comfort yet tight enough to prevent pulling out the back—problem solved! You've just created an affordable full belt using a ball trap cage.
