Question

This is a mature metal jailbird featuring spikes and two ring sizes shown in the photos. Both rings are threaded to accept screws.

The ID was the one measurement I felt confident about, which comes out to an outer diameter of 1.5 inches.

I send via Priority Mail from the US East Coast and accept PayPal. The price is $325 shipped within the USA.
