We want more consistency in our punishments. I need to be reminded or taught that my place is with her. Aside from random acts of punishment, do any of your contracts outline rules for what happens when behavior goes wrong? This question has likely come up before, but as we are fairly new to this lifestyle, we would value your insights.

Punishment can be a routine matter or an active disciplinary tool. When used as a discipline device, the most potent form is withdrawing activity and communication. This involves taking back the chastity device and halting all interaction for a set period, requiring an apology before resuming normal contact. Regarding routines, I find that incorporating ritual into the week is crucial. Learning specific commands and rehearsing them regularly works well, as does holding a weekly session with clear steps. For instance, greeting your dominant partner in a particular way over the weekend morning or night—wearing her dress, keeping a crop in your mouth, kneeling properly, receiving firm strikes from the crop, and counting each one—is highly effective. You can tailor this to be as complex or simple as time and preference dictate.

I was punished for not performing my curtsy correctly. I thought I would get a spanking, but instead I had to hold the position for nearly half an hour, and my legs hurt terribly afterward.
