Hi. After testing several stock chastity devices, I found that nocturnal pain from involuntary erections was unbearable. Now I am following a trust-based chastity program. I realize ball-trap cages are not ideal for me, even though The Holy Trainer works well during daily use. The trust system seems superior to the put-on/put-off approach due to my night discomfort. Still, being unable to touch myself would be preferable, aside from psychological factors. Thus, I am considering a non-ball cage, such as one with a piercing. I do not oppose getting pierced and have read accounts from PA men who are pierce-attached. Our aim is to avoid or at least limit masturbation pleasure while forbidding sexual intercourse. A glans-only PA cage might be the right choice (the concept is clever: why cage everything when stopping pleasure can be done by caging just the upper part?). I spotted a couple of options like Glans Armor and Securo, which are both glans cages only and lightweight. Before deciding, I’d appreciate opinions from those using them 24/7 or if similar items exist. Will they stay pain-free during nocturnal erections? Note that I am not circumcised. Also: is there a plastic version of this glans cage available on the market? Plastic is lighter, and I wonder why metal cages are more common… Alternatively, I considered a double foreskin piercing connected by a single lockable ring (male infibulation). However, I read that over time the foreskin grows back and masturbation becomes possible again. Additionally, when pierces are removed later, the skin can appear bulgy, so it might not be fully reversible. Thanks.
