I’m open to offers around $1 for a ring with a base of about 2 inches. For the cage, I’d consider one that is roughly 1/4 inch longer or shorter than standard. Regarding the inner diameter, if it’s close to 1 3/8 inches but not quite there at 1 1/2 inches, that could work too.

Ideally, I’m looking for a security screw and punishment pin(s), though those aren’t dealbreakers. If you have something matching these specs, please reach out—I’m very keen on it. Otherwise, I might just go ahead and buy new to avoid the wait.

I own a Queen's Keep that matches your dimensions quite well. It lacks threading for a security screw and doesn't have a punishment pin currently installed. Specifically, it measures about 2 inches in length with an oval base ring (which checks out at roughly 1.90 inches using my calipers) and has a cage diameter of 1 3/8 inches.
