I’ve got a few custom devices coming in the mail, but I’m curious if anyone is aware of off-the-shelf options with a tighter cage—specifically one around an inch? Right now I’m using CB-6000s, but their 1 3/8” inner diameter leaves too much space for expansion. I’d like to keep a spare on hand that fits more snugly as a backup, since I think the custom units might need tweaking once or twice before they’re perfect.

The one I'm wearing now states it has an inner diameter of 28mm/1.1 inches. They offer two sizes: the longer version is listed at 45mm/1.77 inches long, while mine claims to be 35mm/1.38 inches in length (note: the original text says 'ID' but context implies dimensions; I will stick closer to the source phrasing regarding ID and lengths).
