I am a keyholderless guy who has experimented with various ball tap devices, such as: Cb3000 (now defunct) Cb6000s (not comfortable) Holy Trainer Original Holy Trainer New Misc x6 I also enjoy having my anal and sleep plugged two or three times a week. My preferred plug is the Implicit Creations core medium.
