I’m Sissy Debbie and I’ve just started this lifestyle, so I could use your guidance. My wife, who claims to be my owner, keeps me locked up because she says I belong to her. Usually, I don’t mind it much. I also have to keep a bra, panties, and but plug on at all times. At night in bed, she now puts a ball gag on me and insists I wear it overnight. She straps it tightly, though it’s the breathable type with holes for air. She ties me up as well, and every morning at 7am I get released for the day. What do you think? Honestly, I really don’t like the idea of wearing a ball gag.

Since you mentioned that you belong to her. For me personally, communication is the most effective approach. When I first began this chapter in my life, my wife/kh would push boundaries to see how far she could go. She did things primarily for her own pleasure and afterward asked how I felt. If something bothered me, I let her know. Now when she decides to punish me, those specific issues are what get addressed. So, I try hard not to receive too much punishment.

If the ball gag feels too big, maybe you could negotiate a smaller size for "training" purposes. Otherwise, just do as your owner commands.

I suspect that you asked her to join this lifestyle, rather than the other way around. Most men here would be delighted to have a wife who directs their attention toward them as yours has done. Being a sissy isn't simple, nor is being female. Her decision to keep you in bra and panties plays an important role in your mental conditioning. I recommend adding pantyhose too. They create a stronger feeling of emasculation for my husband than regular underwear does. Regarding the gag, communication remains the key factor.
