I’m struggling with the fit of my JB and have already sent it back to M MM once, so I was hoping for a second opinion on sizing. Please bear with me as I’ve done some research but haven’t found anything definitive for this specific issue.

When I first received the JB, it seemed about 1/2” too long while flaccid, so I had it sent back to be shortened. (It’s worth noting that M MM responded very quickly and turned around the adjustment promptly, which is much appreciated). When the device arrived a second time, I believed the cage fit well, but I suspect there might be an issue with one of the measurements in the A ring.

My current problem is that after getting into the device, when aroused, the cage gets pulled down. This causes partial circulation loss to my “boys,” leading to discomfort and mild pain, as well quite literally a case of “blue balls.”

I initially thought I had a good A ring size (1 5/8”), but upon rechecking, I noticed I can actually slide my index finger almost all the way into the ring (I’ll spare you the photo since you can imagine it). This suggests that my A ring is too small. However, I’m hesitant to order a smaller one because of the circulation loss already occurring in my nether regions. I did double-check with the MM sizing ring set and found I could squeeze into a 1” 1/2”

Some extra details that might help: I have a CB6000 that fits and works well (aside from the split cage), and I’ve been using the 1” 3/4” diameter A ring for it. Of course, there is a difference in weight between both devices, as well as friction caused by the acrylic which might keep it positioned higher on the region better than the stainless steel of the MM device.

I’d just like to mention that M MM has been very quick to respond to all my questions and the device itself is a spectacular piece of craftsmanship!

The internet doesn’t need any more male genitalia added to it, but here is my humble contribution for your viewing…pleasure? The pictures below: Top two images are just after applying the JB. Bottom two images show arousal after a few minutes, illustrating my problem.

I had a similar experience: I ordered mine with three different rings so I could test them on the fly. For me, using my 1 1/2 ring was okay while flaccid, but when aroused it pushed away and caused pain. I switched to the 1 1/2 oval which is not as tall (about the height of the next smaller ring). Theoretically, it should restrict blood flow even more, but the key point is that the ring sits closer to my body and leaves space on the sides for the balls. Now it feels like I'm barely wearing the cage, and during arousal nothing moves or hurts. My advice is to experiment with different rings and shapes. If you can slide your finger inside easily, then it's just too big. For me at least, the difference between round and oval was night and day.
