Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ve been thinking about and working on a custom piece. Most of the off-the-shelf options haven’t held up for more than a few days. Issues with pinching, hygiene, etc. The plan is to build it using Stainless steel (both 303 and 304 grades). Here are my current problems with this steel cage (which is usually the most comfortable):

1. The scrotal skin gets caught in the hinge of the rear ring. (Solution: I can machine it for zero clearance)
2. Connection between the back ring and cage: there’s some movement that pinches the skin quite painfully. I’m looking for a solid attachment method.
3. Scrotal skin folds over, leading to pinching during nocturnal erections. (Likely unfixable)
4. The rear ring is hinged; should it be round stock? Flat bar? Shaped or graduated? (Where does the width need to change?) Hinged back rings suit me best. Solid ones tend to let me slip out. I’m also quite small when soft. Cheers everyone.
