Locating a suitable long-term device has been quite the struggle. Over the last few years, I’ve likely invested more than a thousand dollars, yet I still lack a device I can wear comfortably for extended periods. There are several key issues I’m dealing with:

1. I experience significant shrinkage. It’s so pronounced that it can retract almost entirely into my body when I sit. This effectively rules out devices with a base ring, as they create excessive pressure on my testicles at night and on my PA piercing during the day.
2. I attempted a Lori spiral using my frenum piercing, but it placed too much strain on the piercing because I kept sliding backward.
3. I have a PA, but it has migrated somewhat, leaving very little clearance (roughly 8mm from the piercing to the urethra). It doesn’t shrink below 0g, even after months of leaving it alone.
4. I’ve used an evotion device, but it feels nearly impossible to find one that is loose enough for urination yet tight enough to prevent my glans from slipping into the tube. I’m considering trying a metal ringless device, perhaps from Rigid Chastity, but I’m worried about spending a significant amount on a chastity device that doesn’t fit properly. I fear it might be too loose, stressing my piercing, or too tight, making urination difficult. Does anyone have suggestions? I’m looking into Rigid Chastity or a plastic Lori.

As someone who grows as well, I'd recommend trying polycarbonate tubing with diameters smaller than your flaccid measurement to test out a custom mousetrap or similar contraption. That's exactly what I did and discovered that a 1 1/4 diameter by 2 3/4 length mousetrap fits tightly enough to prevent shrinkage without cutting off blood flow, all without needing cuts. I simply used a hacksaw and file to create a rough-and-ready version of a mousetrap and wore it for hours on end. Just be careful not to fall asleep while wearing it, just in case. There is no way I could keep a cage on for long periods if it wasn't that snug, or it would pull on my 4g penile anchor. I have also gone through dozens of cages...
