Once it’s secured, my testicles turn purple when an erection occurs, but this clears up after about an hour. My main concern is size: I am 5.5 inches erect and between 1-2 inches flaccid. If I get slightly hard while putting it on, my penis fills the tube nicely. However, when soft, it slides out too easily. I’m slightly larger than you (though not by much), and my experience has been limited to the CB3000 model. However, I’ve found that using a good lubricant makes a big difference; it’s important to choose one that doesn’t get absorbed into the skin too quickly, leaving you dry. Currently, I use baby oil, but I plan to switch to a silicon-based lube since I’ve heard it avoids the unpleasant odor that develops after a few days with baby oil. Don’t lose hope regarding chastity; it just takes some time and trial-and-error to find the right fit for your body. I recognize that look on your girlfriend’s face when you handed over control, as my wife had the exact same expression! In my opinion, the birdlock suffers from the strap separating the testicles. That is what causes the blue balls effect for me. I own a regular bidlocked model, but it seems unusable to me because of that strap. On the other hand, I have a CB6k which has been much more usable over longer periods. Perhaps someone should create a hybrid design to eliminate that annoying strap; that would likely work best for people like me.

I haven’t tried the KSD myself, but I’ve heard reports that people experience similar issues with it as we did with the POI. I ordered him a Phoenix (a device from New Zealand), and once we have used it for a while, I will report back on how it works out.

I am currently on day four wearing my mini birdlock... I love it! My size is about 5.5 when erect and around 2 to 2 1/2 inches soft at times.. Everyone, I haven’t tried the mini-birdlock specifically, but certainly experienced similar issues with the cb3k. My PA piercing resolved my pull-out problem. It does require time and patience to allow the piercing to heal and become ready for use, but it is well worth the effort! mikecb
