Hello! I just wanted to mention that I am new here. This is actually the first forum I have ever used, so please bear with me as I get accustomed to how everything works. I stumbled upon this place by searching for “male chastity” online, and I’m really glad I did because it’s wonderful.
I’ve had a fascination with chastity for quite some time. I tried bringing it up with my wife back then, but we struggled; both of us were so embarrassed discussing it that we eventually let the idea drop. However, I kept thinking about it and decided to purchase a chastity cage to wear in secret—which is what I still do now (I take it off before bed). Since then, I’ve bought several more cages: plastic ones, steel ones, silicone ones, steel with an insert, and even one birdcage style with spikes.
Now, I want to try getting my wife interested again. Any advice would be appreciated, whether good or bad, especially from the ladies whose husbands have faced similar challenges. I really look forward to waking up each morning wearing the cage, wondering how it feels when I get an erection in the morning—whether it hurts or not.
I think this fetish also stems from my love for teeth retainers and braces. Going to the dentist always gave me erections while I was sitting there, often resulting in ejaculation in my briefs, which was quite embarrassing. After that happened a few times, I got the cage specifically to stop those unwanted erections. It works well and really kicked off my chastity journey.
I think I might have posted this elsewhere already, so sorry for the repetition; I’m still getting used to how things work here. Thanks!
Unfortunately, the only real solution is to reopen that dialogue with your wife which was once so uncomfortable. Perhaps try a different approach this time. Have you considered how you want this new relationship dynamic managed? It's quite a bit of work for her. I suggest looking into and researching female-led relationships.
This will be an uncomfortable conversation. Period. The truth is, if you can't talk to her about it, how do you expect her to feel okay holding the **key** to your sexuality? I would personally ask her for a bit of time to chat and tell her that this is about sex and something important to me. This will help prepare her regarding the potential topic. Tell her that you love her and find her extremely attractive, emphasizing that this isn't about your feelings towards her but rather your strong desire to give up control. You don't mind letting go of sexual decision-making and want her assistance in doing so. You need help saving yourself from yourself and want to focus on her. You want all your sexual behavior to revolve around her. Tell her it's a big ask, but you genuinely want that help. Don't delve into everything else at once; don't overwhelm her with every fantasy of yours. Stick to asking for the core help. Good luck.
