Hi all first off… This morning I handed my girlfriend a copy of Male Chastity: A Guide for Keyholders and asked her to give it a read so we can discuss everything tomorrow (Saturday)… The anticipation has started…

It’s been roughly six days now and my girlfriend still hasn't brought it up with me...though to be fair, we were out running errands today. While reaching under the passenger seat for something else, I spotted the book exactly as she received it in its wrapping...looks like a simple oversight on her part. Dave.

Just stay patient; it’s a major concept and some people need more time to understand why someone embraces this lifestyle. You have the rest of your lives together so don’t rush it or ruin any potential.:scared0016:

Perhaps she simply isn't much of a reader. With some people, trying to get them to read anything is like pulling teeth.

Time works in your favor. When Kris first floated the idea to me, it took a while for it to sink in; I was quite startled at first. I also struggled with reading assignments. Whenever Kris would hand me materials to read, I just couldn't get into it. For me, conversation and action are far better approaches. Wishing you all the best.

My Wife/Mistress didn’t want to read through those books I bought her initially, but eventually she allowed me to pick a chapter and read it aloud while I gave her a massage or foot rub, or even while she was soaking in the bath.:scared0016:

If you didn't deliberately leave it for her under the car seat still wrapped up, I can tell you she isn’t particularly interested in reading it! It definitely wasn’t a happy accident. Also, everyone here seems to overlook communication. Why don’t you ask her directly? Explain why you want her to read it, share your thoughts with her—we aren't mind readers! If you keep quiet about this matter, nothing will happen because I can guarantee that if she tossed the unopened book under the seat, she won’t be raising the topic herself. So, say something!
